Welcome to the Larchmont-Edgewater neighborhood in Norfolk, VA! We love living in this family-oriented community of approximately 2,500 homes located along the Elizabeth and Lafayette Rivers near Old Dominion University, the North Colley Avenue business corridor, the Elizabeth River Trail, and the waterside neighborhood of Lochhaven. Larchmont-Edgewater is also a short drive south to historic downtown Norfolk as well as a quick commute north to the world’s largest navy base, Naval Station Norfolk. Our civic league strives to maintain our neighborhood’s historic legacy of being a wonderful place to live and raise families through active civic engagement and community-building.
