Hello Neighbor!

Welcome to the neighborhood! We love living in this family-oriented coastal community of approximately 2,500 homes located along the picturesque Elizabeth and Lafayette Rivers. The Larchmont-Edgewater Civic League strives to maintain our neighborhood’s historic legacy of being a wonderful, safe, and clean place to live, and we do so via active civic engagement with the City of Norfolk, informative meetings, and popular community-building events. Our bi-monthly Residents Meetings are typically the last Monday of even-numbered months at 7:00 PM and held at Larchmont United Methodist Church, 1101 Jamestown Crescent (Fellowship Hall in the rear of the church). Have an issue or concern? Don’t charge that hill alone. Get YOUR civic league and its leverage and influence involved. Contact a Larchmont-Edgewater Civic League Board Member to find out how you can be a part of making our great neighborhood even greater! Please join us so you can Be Informed, Make a Difference, Have a Say, & Meet Your Neighbors! And whatever you do… Don’t be a Stranger!
